I spent two years interning in a hospital before I realized I could protect people's most valuable assets. Financial ruin can be worse than disease; it attacks you mentally, physically, and emotionally. For seven years I paid the price most agents never will. I wrote and rewrote over 700 commercial policies while others chased easier commissions. I stayed up late learning the commercial markets; what business owners need, what billion-dollar companies require on a certificate of insurance, the endorsements, the verbiage, the legal jargon. On July 1, 2026, I launched US Insurance Solutions; rooted in gratitude and integrity, built to protect what people work hardest for.
What shaped me
My father was a CFO who modeled disciplined excellence. My grandfather, Lawrence Winch, was a pastor for 40 years who gave up a banking career to serve his community. This agency is the combination of both; the business acumen of the father, the servant heart of the grandfather.
